Employment history report

Informe de vida laboral

What it is

The employment record report (informe de vida laboral) shows all your registrations and deregistrations in the different Social Security schemes and the number of days you have been registered. Anyone who is or has ever been registered can request it at any time, and it is obtained as a PDF updated to that date; you can also ask for it to be sent to the address you gave the Tesorería. It does not include periods abroad or military service. Without electronic identification you apply with your personal details, a selfie and a photo of your identity document.

  1. Step 1: Check it and download the PDF

    In Import@ss you can see all your registrations and deregistrations and get a PDF report of your full or filtered employment record.

  2. Step 2: If you have no electronic ID

    You fill in your personal details, take a selfie and attach a photo of your identity document.

Does time worked in another country appear?

No: periods abroad, military service and substitute social service cannot be consulted.
