What it is
In the Valencian Community, people aged up to 35 who rent a home or a room can receive direct aid of up to €250 a month for 24 months. In the 2026 call, those already renting since January 2025 could receive it retroactively from that date. The 2026 application period ran from 24 August to 11 September 2026 and is now closed; the rules and call were published in DOGV no. 10434 of 21 August 2026. Watch for the next call from the Institut Valencià de la Joventut (IVAJ).
