  1. Extranjeros: pasaporte (o documento de identidad de su país) y NIE, o TIE, en vigor; también del otro progenitor cuando sea obligatorio

    Foreign nationals: valid passport (or national ID) and NIE, or TIE; also the other parent's when required

  2. Trabajadores por cuenta ajena: certificado de empresa (lo envía la empresa) (Opcional)

    Employees: employer certificate (sent by the employer) (Optional)

  3. Informe de maternidad del Servicio Público de Salud, si el descanso empieza antes del parto (Opcional)

    Public health maternity report, if leave starts before the birth (Optional)

  4. Certificado de inscripción del nacimiento, cuando los datos no consten automatizados en el Registro Civil (Opcional)

    Birth registration certificate, when the data are not in the Civil Registry system (Optional)

  5. Nacimiento en el extranjero de un menor de nacionalidad extranjera: inscripción en el registro civil del país, legalizada y/o traducida según el país (Opcional)

    Birth abroad of a child with foreign nationality: registration in that country's civil registry, legalised and/or translated depending on the country (Optional)
