What it is

In the Valencian Community applications for a place in Early Childhood, Primary, ESO and Bachillerato are submitted only online at Adminova.gva.es (in person for Special Education centres). 2026-2027 calendar: Early Childhood and Primary, applications 7-18 May, provisional lists on 4 June and final lists on 18 June, online enrolment 18-29 June (in person until 2 July); ESO, applications 21 May-1 June, final lists on 2 July and enrolment 2-7 July (in person until 8 July); Bachillerato, applications 21 May-1 June, final lists on 9 July and enrolment 9-14 July (in person until 15 July).

  1. Step 1: Get the access key

    On AdmiNova (adminova.gva.es), in the "Clave de acceso" window, with the parents' or guardians' ID and the pupil's if they have one. The same key works for several pupils.

  2. Step 2: Submit one application online

    One application per pupil, with up to 6 options in order of preference; filling them all is advised, because if you get no place a school with vacancies is assigned. If you want a particular school, list it in both its base languages. You can change it within the period.

  3. Step 3: Check lists and complain

    Provisional and final lists are checked on AdmiNova, where you also complain with the same key. For pre-primary and primary 2026-2027: provisional on 4 June and final on 18 June.

  4. Step 4: Enrol and prove what you declared

    No documents are attached to the application: circumstances are declared and proved when enrolling. For pre-primary and primary 2026-2027, online enrolment 18 to 29 June and in person 18 June to 2 July.

FAQ

We arrived after the deadline. What do we do?

The extraordinary phase is for pupils without a school place in their municipality or area, including those needing schooling unexpectedly who could not apply in the ordinary phase. For primary 2026-2027, applications were 13 to 16 July.

We live in València city and arrived after the year started. What do we do?

In València city, mid-year schooling is handled by the Municipal Schooling Office (OME) through PortES, the City Council's late-schooling portal, which is the only way to do it. Install AppValència, sign up for PortES from "Mi Portal" with your name, surnames, email and phone, and follow what the OME sends by email and PortES messages.

Do I take a paper form to the school?

No. It is submitted online on AdmiNova and registered at the first-choice school; keep the receipt. Only for special education schools is the application in person.
